2 Hours of Pure Awesomeness

Arriving at the venue, we were treated to Storm Troopers, Imperial Officers, and Darth Vader in costume, as well as props and costumes on display. If you like movie music, this show is not to be missed. Keep in mind this is only a 2-hour show (as most concerts are), so you won't hear every piece of music composed for the films, but it is satisfying nonetheless. The concert itself was amazing: the full orchestra and choir performing the music we know so well, accompanied by movie clips, stills, and live orchestra shots on the large screen and each piece introduced by everyone's favorite protocol droid: C3PO himself, Anthony Daniels! If you like live orchestral music, this concert will entertain you. The audience was also treated to extras like laser lights and pyrotechnics. So go with a friend, girlfriend/boyfriend, group of friends, spouse, or whoever you know who likes to see a live orchestra; you won't be disappointed. This is a celebration of John Williams' truly magnificent music that accompanies all six Star Wars films. Not only did the musicians and choir perform each piece with excellence, Mr. Daniels' narration was dramatic, humorous, and emotional. If you consider yourself a Jenny Tian fan at all, you absolutely MUST attend this concert--or your geek license will be revoked!
